Payment and Renewal.
General Terms.
You agree to pay Taks247Care the one-time, monthly, or yearly subscription fees indicated by choosing a product or service (additional payment terms may be included in other communications). When you sign up for an Upgrade, a pre-pay subscription fee will be charged, covering your use of the service for the specified number of months or years. There is no refund for payments.
Automatic Renewal.
Taks247Care will automatically renew your subscription unless you explicitly cancel it. If you don't cancel it before the end of the applicable subscription period, we'll charge your credit card or another payment method on file with us for the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee (plus any applicable taxes). Upgrades may be cancelled at any time by writing to Taks247Care with your request.
Services.
Payment; charges. You acknowledge that you must pay Taks247Care the applicable setup fees and recurring fees when you sign up for a Services account. The day your services are established and before you use them, you will be invoiced for any applicable fees. The payment terms and fees are subject to change with thirty (30) days' prior written notice from Taks247Care. You may stop using the services at any time by giving Taks247Care thirty (30) days' written notice.
Support.
If access to priority email support is part of your service. "Email support" refers to the ability to email Taks247Care at any time to request technical support assistance regarding the use of the VIP Services. Taks247Care will make a reasonable effort to respond within three business days. Disclaimer of Warranties.
